Account and Data Deletion Request

Football Baron players can delete their anonymous account and associated cloud save data at any time. As required by Google Play policy, this page allows you to submit a request without uninstalling the app.
1. What Gets Deleted?
When you submit a deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:
- Anonymous Firebase user identifier (UID)
- Your cloud save file (clubs, players, seasons, achievements)
- Error reports from your device
- Sponsor/reward statistics
2. What Doesn't Get Deleted?
- Ad interaction data — managed independently by Google AdMob; deletable via AdMob's own privacy controls
- In-app purchase records — Google Play Billing records are permanent (legally required for tax and refund purposes)
3. How to Submit a Request?
Method A — In-app (fastest)
In the Football Baron app: Settings → Data → Delete Account (this option will be active in the app soon)Method B — By email

4. Process and Timeline
- Confirmation email reaches us within 24 hours
- Data deletion is completed within 30 days (GDPR compliant)
- Once completed, a deletion confirmation email is sent
- The process is completely free
5. Recovery
After your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you want a backup, first download a JSON file to your device via Settings → Data → Backup in the app.
